Via

Hi! I’m Via, I’m a freshman at OHS, a professional Austin Powers cosplayer, and joke more than I should. I’m a huge lover of literature and anything relating to the arts. I write as much as can I motivate myself -- I especially love short stories (flash fiction) and poetry -- I think you can write in a different way when the work isn’t as long, it can be more detailed and sensory-focused without being too boring (and also it doesn’t take as long, which I like!) I have many younger siblings who I help take care of - something that has taught me the importance of being calm, kind, and given me the abilities of not taking myself too seriously and do not care about little things: I have never been that perfectionistic, but instead try to do my best and care about what I learn. Also, I have learned that children, however much I love them, are little demons. When I’m not doing schoolwork, writing, or keeping an eye on the kids, I like to do art, cook, play guitar and do terrible British accents. Some of my favorite subjects are anything to do with lit (English, Russian, etc.) philosophy, which I could drone on about for ages, and Biology.
