Why We Chose Stanford OHS

We chose Stanford OHS for the access to amazing curriculum and instructors. We also wanted to flexibility to travel as a family for work opportunities without having to uproot our kids from their school community.

Advice for Prospective Parents

Encourage your student(s) to get to know their instructors. Encourage them to go to office hours early in the year, even if they don’t think they have anything to ask. Our teachers are amazing people!

One of My Favorite Things About Stanford OHS Is…

The instructors are amazing! Did I say that already? The workload can get tough, but every assignment is relevant and interesting. Even in AP level classes, the kids are never taught to a test. They are taught, and then excel at the test because they’ve truly engaged with and understand the material at a deeper level.
