Peter Demyanovich

Director Student Life

B.S., University of Vermont

Peter was born and raised in the New York metro area. After developing a passion for winter sports and New England, he attended the University of Vermont and graduated in 2005 with a degree in Secondary Education focusing on Earth Science.

Peter began his career as a middle school science teacher in Burlington. He made his way out to California in the summer of 2008 and began working for NatureBridge, an outdoor education and environmental science school located in the Marin Headlands. This experience tied together his love for the outdoors, science, and experiential education. In 2010, he transitioned to administration as a manager and then director of their Coastal Camp program. For the last four years, Peter has been employed by an EdTech startup, Packback, where he collaborated with district leadership to plan, organize, and lead educator training.

These days, Peter calls Marin home and loves exploring the Marin coast, playing bocce by the bay, and watching the NFL on Sundays. Go Giants!
