James Fredericks

B.S., M.S., Stony Brook University

Mr. Fredericks received a B.S. in Mathematics, and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University. During his time at Stony Brook University he received an Outstanding Student Teacher award.

Since 1999, Mr. Fredericks has taught mathematics to students from the kindergarten level to the university level. He joined EPGY in 2006 as a Research Assistant, aiding with the study of the effectiveness of the EPGY programs in schools across the nation, as well as assisting with course improvements.

In his free time, Mr. Fredericks enjoys reading, working with metal and wood, automotive work, playing the saxophone, gardening, and spending time with his family.
