Ashley Bratrude

Ashley is from the Bay Area and earned a B.A. from UC Santa Cruz in Sociology with a minor in Western Art Music. She began her career as a preschool music teacher where she discovered her passion for education. Her experience in education is extremely varied from teaching grades K through 5 to supporting college undergrads working towards earning STEM degrees at UC Santa Cruz. She even spent some time working for the world’s first biotechnology company, Genentech!

Ashley is very happy to be a part of the Stanford OHS family and working to support education. In her spare time Ashley enjoys baking, going on nature walks, and singing in her classic rock cover band.
