Anthony Bennette received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley and his Masters in English Composition from San Francisco State University. His master’s thesis focused on language acquisition of English language learners and the 1.5 generation. More recently, he has explored instructional models for online courses as part of his studies at Cal State University East Bay.

Shortly after completing his Masters at San Francisco State University, Anthony began working as a full-time online writing instructor for the Education Program for Gifted Youth and has fifteen years of experience teaching writing online. He has also taught for different colleges in the San Francisco Bay Area.

In his free time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He is also an avid reader, card player, gardener, and sci-fi film buff.
