Alice Alden

Alice has worked with students in a myriad of educational settings, including summer programming, outdoor education, and teaching college courses. She received a B.A. from Oberlin College and an M.F.A. for Poets and Writers from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Alice focuses on creating a dynamic learning environment where positive risk-taking, creative problem-solving, and inclusive community are paramount. Along with her passion for education, Alice brings a dedication to social justice, a love of learning, and an adventurous spirit to her work. When not at school, Alice enjoys gardening, cycling, and exploring California with her family.
