She came to the U.S. as a graduate student, and has been teaching college students and high school students since 1987. She has taught in the Midwest and on the East Coast, and is now teaching in the Bay Area. She moved to the Bay Area in 1995.
She prefers being addressed as Ms. Revathi, or simply Revathi.
She shares the same birthday as Albert Einstein and celebrates Pi day without fail.
Her hobbies include reading, gardening, walking and cooking.
