Elena Zaurova

Ms. Zaurova earned her B.S. in Mathematics and M.S. in Applied Mathematics at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Prior to joining Stanford OHS in Fall 2011, Ms. Zaurova taught as a Mathematics Instructor/Tutor at EPGY. She also taught at the University of California at Davis as an ARML Instructor and as a teaching assistant for Calculus courses.

When she is not teaching, Ms. Zaurova loves to spend time in the great outdoors. It is not unusual to find her hiking in nature preserves and state parks in the surrounding counties. She enjoys cooking and biking, and is learning to garden. She also started running as a new hobby.
