We all have goals for the future. In this class, we’ll talk about those goals, but we’ll also pay attention to right now. What makes us happy right now? What motivates us to get up in the morning? Where and how do we recharge each day and each week? And what do we do when we feel drained? We’ll also tackle big-picture questions, like: What matters to you? What gives your day-to-day life meaning? What makes you feel worthwhile? Who do you enjoy spending time with, and why? How do you define a good person? A good life? In this class, we will go over a number of different techniques for creating a good life—as defined and felt by you—in the now as well as in the future.
