Wellness II: RACE to be Human

This Wellness II course will be based on Impactful Film’s RACE To Be Human documentary. RACE To Be Human explores racism, its impacts on mental health and what can be done to change it. Through the lens of students, experts, and educators the film examines micro-aggressions, allyship and the role of social media. This course will explore how to foster healthy conversations about race and racism and inspire self-reflection so that as individuals, we are more aware, and as a community, we can move forward with dignity and respect.
