Modern Physics is a directed study course that the student completes at their own pace, but is designed to be completed within one semester. The course is an introduction to the ideas of modern physics. Topics include key concepts in special and general relativity, quantum mechanics, nuclear physics, high-energy particle physics, and cosmology.
