Originally from Southern California, Karina Momary joined Stanford OHS in 2016. She holds a B.A. from Gonzaga University in Political Science and Public Relations and a M.A. from San Jose State University in Communication Studies. Education and Student Life are passions of hers. Before joining Stanford OHS, she served in a variety of teaching and educational leadership roles at The Harker School, Georgetown University, Gonzaga University, and here at Stanford. Her teaching focus has been public speaking and debate and she has worked with students from around the world to improve their debate skills.

Ms. Momary loves to go on adventures. One year her new year’s resolution was to stop at every business that had balloons advertising the store. She enjoys traveling and learning about food from different cultures.
